We're different than most clothing companies!  Please read this page to help you get the best service from us.

When you order an item, it is custom made after you order, but you can still expect it in a timely fashion.  Orders are usually filled within a week, sometimes two especially for ladies' dresses, tiered skirts, or larger orders.  Some garments are new styles, however, and take longer; sometimes 3-4 weeks.  The items with longer processing times are noted in their listings.  Rush orders are available upon request.

Plus sizes are available in most ladies' styles.  If there is a * before the item, it can be ordered in at least size 22 on the site and it can also be custom-ordered larger by emailing us your measurements.  If it has two ** then it can be custom-ordered in any size.  Custom orders generally take longer.

There are two choices for payment when you checkout; one is via Paypal, either with a credit card or Paypal balance.  You don't need to have a Paypal account to order, but simply use a credit card.  The other choice of payment is via check.  You will go through the ordering process and select check by mail for payment.  Your order will then be processed when we receive your check.

Everything is made to fit you perfectly, so if you don't fit close to a particular size in our chart, please send us your dilemma and we'll be happy to advise you.

One thing to consider, if you are used to buying "off-the-rack" larger sizes for your girls just so you can get extra length, be aware that you don't need to do that with us!  Simply order the size that fits, and order extra length as needed.
